Account Manager
Excellent opportunity for a proficient, self-motivated, easily energized service leader to excel in a Benefits Brokerage with a proud history and promising future. BCI seeks an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join a dedicated team to serve in an Account Management position. The client service role is responsible to provide a professional level of administrative and service support relative to ongoing customer care and acts as a liaison between the organization and its insurance carriers, vendors, and policy holders regarding the status and service of group accounts and individual insurance clients. Group 1 License and familiarity with the industry’s concepts, methodology, practices, and procedures is required. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, a minimum of (37.5) hours a week.
